2016 Winter Program Week

During the week of January 4th – 8th, while teachers are writing evaluations, the Auxiliary Programming staff is pleased to offer child care activities for your children. Each day has a different set of activities and you may sign up for individual days or for the whole week. Our program day runs from 8:30am-3:15pm each day.

Extended Care (for Winter Program students only) is available during this week from 7:30am–8:30am and 3:15pm–6:00pm. This is an additional charge separate from Winter Program costs. It will be tallied and billed as Extended Care hours and will be put on January Extended Care statements.

We are excited to offer five levels of programs:

  1. A Child’s Garden (Preschool)
  2. Sunrise and Rainbow students (Grades TK-2)
  3. Horizon students (Grades 3-4)
  4. Galaxy and Middle School students (Grades 5-8)
  5. Eighth Graders are encouraged to sign up to work as a CIT and help out the staff with activities!  Please see Jeff, Patrick, or Paul for a separate registration for CITs.

All the levels will be going to the New Garden Friends meetinghouse for various activities. Depending on the weather we will either walk over or ride in our school buses. Horizon, Galaxy and MS levels will be taking several field trips in Greensboro.

Cost to sign up for the entire week is $150.
